Is it possible that the real estate market in Israel in general and in the streets in particular put the crisis behind it? In light of the new data the possibility is reasonable. Today (Tuesday), for the first time since the outbreak of the crisis, the Chief Economist Division of the Ministry of Finance published positive data on the real estate market. In the residential real estate industry, the total number of transactions last June was 10,900 - an increase of 16% compared to June 2019. In addition, sales of contractors are at the highest level since the beginning of the year, investor sales increased by 15% and 900 apartments were depleted.
